We recently had to have our windows replaced. Window depot USA of Tyler is the place.Salesman was very knolageable In the Windows and doors. He was great with getting our price with in our budget. We had alot of queations and he wad very understanding and able to answer. The work was completed ontime. The Windows are perfect fit and just what we needed. Love the way they look and definately can tell a difference and how less often our heater has to come on. We will be returning in a few months to have our doors done as well.

My wife had been after me to have all 16 of the windows that were original to our 25 year old home as well as replacing one standard door with a new one and replacing French doors with sliding glass. Window Depot replaced all of our 30-year-old windows this morning. They look great! The crew showed up on time this morning and went right to work. All ten windows were installed by lunchtime. I was impressed by their courtesy and efficiency as they quickly removed the old aluminum windows and replaced them with more efficient and stylish ones. The after-work cleanup was thorough and much appreciated. My wife was impressed and very happy. This was a bonus for me since she was not too convinced in the beginning that new windows were needed. From start to finish Mark was there to answer questions and explain the window replacement process. We were replacing older single pane aluminum framed windows with new white vinyl framed windows. Surprisingly all windows were replaced in a single day, even in our brick clad house. They look and operate great and the clarity of the energy efficient glass is wonderful. Window Depot also provided us the lowest of three quotes for our window replacement project. Jack & Shari Doyle PS. I will up date my comment after our 9-foot sliding glass door, which Mark says typically runs a couple week longer to manufacture, arrives and is installed. Update: Our large sliding glass door is in. It looks and operates great. What an improvement!. The door trailed the windows by a few weeks and when it arrived it was not the exact dimensions ordered. This provided the installation crew lead by, Marcus, a series of challenges to resolve. Marcus and Gabriel took each challenge head on working past dark with portable lights to get the job done right. Meanwhile learning the door wasn't as ordered Mark was on site to personally provide support and assure his customers that he would do whatever it took to make it right. Apparently he didn't realize that he already did this when he hired Marcus and Gabriel. Thank you Mark for your superior customer service and Marcus for your can do attitude and workmanship. .

You couldn’t tell they had even been here when they were finished – except, of course, for our beautiful new windows! Excellent experience from start to finish. At the time of the estimate we had a window with an HVAC unit in the garage. However, when the job was finished, we discovered that the HVAC unit was not re installed in the new window. And, the new window could not house the HVAC unit. Apparently, at the time of the original estimate, the HVAC has been missed. When this was called to Mark's attention, he immediately agreed to correct the problem. He ordered a new window to fit the HVAC unit and sent his team back to correct the error. There was no additional charge. I am extremely happy with the new windows and have had several complements from neighbors. But, Mark's handling of the garage window shows he stands behind his work. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love our windows from Window Depot!! They fold down for easy cleaning. They are double insulated for keeping the heat or AC in. Mark, Markus and Gabe were very friendly, professional and answered any questions I had!!

These guys are awesome. From the first phone call to the final drive off they were great. Mark came to the house at the agreed upon time, was professional and friendly. He explained everything well and gave very reasonable quote. I had several quotes and these guys had the best product at the best price. I was told it would take 7 weeks to get the windows in, but 5 weeks later the job is done. Marcus and Gabriel did the install and impressed throughout the install. They used tarps and drop clothes, vacuumed and swept. They spent several hours just caulking the finished job. They took there time and did an excellent job. I would use them again, but doubt I will ever need them since they did such a great job the first time.

The Window Depot replaced all 22 of our old double-hung windows in one week of hard work. The home is circa 1945 and the old windows were too much to try to restore. This has been the most pleasant experience. Window depot came in over $1,000 less than another leading company and that was for double hung windows and the other company offered only single hung. Mark Richards was so easy to deal with and so personable. The same can be said for the installers. They offer a lifetime guarantee on the windows (lifetime on the home, not the owner). Everything was completed on time and everything cleaned up. Could not be happier.

Mark from Window Depot came out to look at our existing windows and gave some really good recommendations that we had not thought of. No pressure sales tactics and his quote was the best we received. Mark is friendly and honest. Installers Marcus and Gabe came at the appointed time and did an excellent job and are super knowledgeable. They covered the floors, furniture etc. to keep the dust to a minimum. They cleaned up the work site and even replaced a few pieces of trim that were rotted at no extra charge. We would highly recommend Window Depot.

Mark, the owner, was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He is very professional, courteous and informative. We obtained three different quotes from other companies for replacement of 16 windows total and Window Depot's estimate was by far the best. The windows are high quality and beautiful. The installers, Marcus, Gabriel and Steve, were very professional and courteous. They were able to finish all 16 windows in a day and a half, cleaned up everything and even polished up the windows before leaving. They also walked us through how to operate all the special features of the window. I highly recommend Window Depot if you are in the market for new windows.

We just had 6 windows replaced. From the moment we met Mark we knew we found our people. He explained everything to us detail and was happy to answer our questions. His installation team was on time and cleaned as they went. From start to finish they kept me in the loop about their progress. When they pulled out I had zero clean up work, I mean they even vacuumed to make sure they didn't leave dust behind. Mark came by to make sure we were happy. We chose the beige, vinyl, 3-pane windows without the grid. For our bedroom we bought the side sliding double-wide without a horizontal bar across the middle. The look of the windows exceeded our expectations. The clear unobstructed view is so valuable and makes the rooms feel more open and spacious. These are so easy to open, close, and clean inside and out. The energy efficiency is great! Mark and the team are helpful, friendly and trustworthy.
