Very pleased with our new windows! This is our first step in upgrading our 50+ year old house. Mark’s knowledge in our initial visit along with great pricing made our decision to go with Window Depot an easy one. The installers were efficient and professional and did a great job including clean-up. I would recommend Mark and his team to anyone looking to give their home a great facelift!

Mark and crew replaced all wooden windows in a 1935 Tyler home with new vinyl windows. These are of good quality and his guys were friendly did a great job. Would use again, and probably will.

Window Depot replaced all of our 30-year-old windows this morning. They look great! The crew showed up on time this morning and went right to work. All ten windows were installed by lunchtime. I was impressed by their courtesy and efficiency as they quickly removed the old aluminum windows and replaced them with more efficient and stylish ones. The after-work cleanup was thorough and much appreciated. My wife was impressed and very happy. This was a bonus for me since she was not too convinced in the beginning that new windows were needed. Thank you Mark for fitting us into your busy construction schedule before the heavy rain forecast!

Mark, the owner, was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He is very professional, courteous and informative. We obtained three different quotes from other companies for replacement of 16 windows total and Window Depot's estimate was by far the best. The windows are high quality and beautiful. The installers, Marcus, Gabriel and Steve, were very professional and courteous. They were able to finish all 16 windows in a day and a half, cleaned up everything and even polished up the windows before leaving. They also walked us through how to operate all the special features of the window. I highly recommend Window Depot if you are in the market for new windows.

Outstanding! We replaced 30 windows and absolutely love them. The installation team was very professional and cleaned any debris and windows after installing! It began with the sales person - and he is the reason we purchased!

The Window Depot replaced all 22 of our old double-hung windows in one week of hard work. The home is circa 1945 and the old windows were too much to try to restore. Now we enjoy QUIET and the windows don't condense moisture on the inside when the the temperature drops. All in all it was money well spent! We recently had to have our windows replaced. Window depot USA of Tyler is the place.Salesman was very knolageable In the Windows and doors. He was great with getting our price with in our budget. We had alot of queations and he wad very understanding and able to answer. The work was completed ontime. The Windows are perfect fit and just what we needed. Love the way they look and definately can tell a difference and how less often our heater has to come on. We will be returning in a few months to have our doors done as well.

Our house was built in the late 60s early 70s. Everytime I got home from work i had to turn the air conditioner way down. With these new windows, I dont have to do that anymore. Already saving money.They are beautiful and Mark and his crew were just awesome. Great price also. Thanks guys.

We chose the beige, vinyl, 3-pane windows without the grid. For our bedroom we bought the side sliding double-wide without a horizontal bar across the middle. The look of the windows exceeded our expectations. The clear unobstructed view is so valuable and makes the rooms feel more open and spacious. These are so easy to open, close, and clean inside and out. The energy efficiency is great! Mark and the team are helpful, friendly and trustworthy.

We chose the best replacement window on the market from Window Depot in Tyler. We purchased the triple pane windows. Marcus and Gabielle did the work and some of the window replacements were tricky but it's not a mountain for a climber! They did excellent work! We replaced half of our 30 windows and will replace the rest of the old windows as they fail with Window Depot. Tks again Bob and Vanda

Excellent experience from start to finish. At the time of the estimate we had a window with an HVAC unit in the garage. However, when the job was finished, we discovered that the HVAC unit was not re installed in the new window. And, the new window could not house the HVAC unit. Apparently, at the time of the original estimate, the HVAC has been missed. When this was called to Mark's attention, he immediately agreed to correct the problem. He ordered a new window to fit the HVAC unit and sent his team back to correct the error. There was no additional charge. I am extremely happy with the new windows and have had several complements from neighbors. But, Mark's handling of the garage window shows he stands behind his work. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love our windows from Window Depot!! They fold down for easy cleaning. They are double insulated for keeping the heat or AC in. Mark, Markus and Gabe were very friendly, professional and answered any questions I had!!

Thank you Window Depot for making our window and sliding glass door purchase/install such an easy and customized experience! We were able to choose the right style for our home. Our windows are beautiful, great quality, and were the right price too. They even caused some envious looks from the neighbors! Mark, the owner, is personable and provides excellent service. For example, I had specific requests for the sliding glass door in our bedroom and he did some research and came back with great options that fit our budget. The installation team is professional and they clean up after themselves. Any concerns or questions we had after install were resolved quickly. Everyone we dealt with, Mark in sales and installation guys were very professional, very nice and knowledgeable in every step of the process. We are totally amazed at how great our windows fit and look. We live on busy highway and the noise was terrible. It has dramatically reduced noise. Im sure it will reduce our electric bill also. This has been the most pleasant experience. Window depot came in over $1,000 less than another leading company and that was for double hung windows and the other company offered only single hung. Mark Richards was so easy to deal with and so personable. The same can be said for the installers. They offer a lifetime guarantee on the windows (lifetime on the home, not the owner). Everything was completed on time and everything cleaned up. Could not be happier.

I did my research and I made the right decision. Mark, came to our home and told me all about the windows. I loved the fact that they insulate around them for a great fit. The windows are made right here in Texas .Our windows have been installed and they are GORGEOUS!!! The crew did a great job installing. They cleaned up after themselves and were super nice. If you are looking to have windows installed this company is definitely the one. I checked with three window companies of all even to start with was very therial in explaining the process of the insulation. My windows were installed properly and prumply. Cleaned all the debris left behind. And most of all my windows look great. Mr Prigget made sure I was satisfied with the company's service.

We just had 6 windows replaced. From the moment we met Mark we knew we found our people. He explained everything to us detail and was happy to answer our questions. His installation team was on time and cleaned as they went. From start to finish they kept me in the loop about their progress. When they pulled out I had zero clean up work, I mean they even vacuumed to make sure they didn't leave dust behind. Mark came by to make sure we were happy. We want to do our entire house in groups of 6 windows at a time, Mark was so understanding about plan it made us extremely happy. I cannot say enough about the process, we are so pleased!
