Finally, I relented...and I couldn't be happier with the choice we made with Mark and Windows Depot. Mark was the only person who made the sales pitch for our business that I wasn't able to meet, so I was somewhat dubious when my wife said she really liked Mark and what he had to say about the Windows Depot product - and the cost was extremely competitive with the other 4 companies we'd gotten quotes from. But when I read the reviews I thought, okay, if things went South, well, like any self respecting male, I'd blame my wife. As I said, I couldn't be happier with Mark, the Windows Depot product or the installation crew of Marcus and Gabriel. Speaking of these two, not only are they great guys but they were on time, knowledgable, professional, courteous, respectful of us, our pets and our home. I was home for two days of the installation and it was refreshing to see how dedicated they were to providing quality service while installing a quality product. The installation was completed today and neighbors are already asking for Mark's number saying, "I want what you got!" I'm the Quality Manager for the company I work for. Surprisingly all windows were replaced in a single day, even in our brick clad house. They look and operate great and the clarity of the energy efficient glass is wonderful. I will up date my comment after our 9-foot sliding glass door, which Mark says typically runs a couple week longer to manufacture, arrives and is installed. Update: Our large sliding glass door is in. It looks and operates great. What an improvement!. The door trailed the windows by a few weeks and when it arrived it was not the exact dimensions ordered. This provided the installation crew lead by, Marcus, a series of challenges to resolve. Marcus and Gabriel took each challenge head on working past dark with portable lights to get the job done right. Meanwhile learning the door wasn't as ordered Mark was on site to personally provide support and assure his customers that he would do whatever it took to make it right. Excellent experience from start to finish. At the time of the estimate we had a window with an HVAC unit in the garage. However, when the job was finished, we discovered that the HVAC unit was not re installed in the new window. And, the new window could not house the HVAC unit.
